The Bronxville Public Library posted a 14-question survey to its website Friday, Oct. 16, asking residents to help shape future programs and services at the Pondfield Road branch.
The questionnaire takes five to seven minutes to complete, according to the library. Responses are anonymous unless a participant chooses to leave contact details at the end.
The library said answers will help it tailor offerings to the community's priorities. No closing date for the survey has been announced.
The survey is the latest outreach effort from the library at 201 Pondfield Rd., where Bryan Dougherty serves as Board of Trustees president. Residents can take it online at the library's website.
The library is also adjusting how it reaches cardholders. The Westchester Library System is phasing out phone notifications by the end of the year. Patrons who receive hold alerts by phone call need to switch to email or text.
