The Senior Citizens Council (SCC) of Tuckahoe and Bronxville will celebrate the Community Fund of Bronxville, Eastchester, and Tuckahoe at a reception on Wednesday, Sept. 23, at Siwanoy Country Club.
The event runs from 6 to 8 p.m. The Community Fund has helped sustain senior center programs in both villages since 1980.
The SCC operates the Bronxville and Tuckahoe Senior Centers, which together serve about 400 residents, according to the Community Fund.
The two centers open twice a week and offer exercise classes, art sessions, bridge games and special events.
For fiscal year 2026–27, the Fund awarded $509,189 in grants across more than 20 local agencies serving Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe.
Tickets are still available. Residents can purchase them or find details at scc70.org.
