Bronxville's football team carries a three-game winning streak into a league matchup at Tuckahoe High School on Saturday, Oct. 10, where all gate proceeds will benefit the Community Fund of Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe.
Kickoff is 1:30 p.m.
The Broncos (3-1) shut out Valhalla 57-0 in the Homecoming game on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Bronxville High School, according to a lohud photo gallery from the game.
That win extended a stretch in which Bronxville has outscored opponents 146-0 over three straight victories: 61-0 over Albertus Magnus on Sept. 10, 28-0 over Dobbs Ferry on Sept. 25 and the Valhalla shutout. Bronxville's only loss is a 34-28 defeat to Averill Park on Sept. 4.
Head coach Patsy Manganelli, the 2025 New York State Head Football Coach of the Year, led Bronxville to a 12-0 record and the Class C state championship last season. The Broncos are ranked No. 19 in New York on MaxPreps heading into the Tuckahoe game. The 2026 varsity roster has 32 players, 18 of them seniors, including quarterback Theo McMurray and lineman Henry Scholes, both named to lohud's preseason Super 11 list.
"Playing football at Bronxville is about so much more than what people see on the field," senior co-captain Anton Schmidt said in a September profile of the program. "It's about showing up every day no matter what you have going on outside football."
The Community Fund of Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe, which has served the three communities for 106 years, awarded $509,189 in grants to 17 local nonprofits in its most recent fiscal year. Those grants fund programs including meal delivery for homebound seniors, youth mentoring and free flu vaccinations. Game details and the proceeds arrangement were published in MyHometownBronxville's weekly events guide on Oct. 5.
After the Tuckahoe game, Bronxville returns home to face Pleasantville at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17.
