The Bronxville School Foundation has a new executive director, a new finance administrator and eight new board members heading into the 2026-27 school year.

Nancy Marshall, a former Foundation board member who chaired its nominating and development committees, started as executive director in July, according to an announcement published by MyHometownBronxville.com.

Maria Costanzo, a Bronxville resident with more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, joined as finance administrator.

The Foundation also launched its annual fall fundraising campaign with a goal of 100% participation from Bronxville School families.

The organization has awarded more than $14.3 million in grants to the Bronxville School since its founding, including $564,571 during the past year alone.

The eight new board members are Mike Brady, Jared Hershberg, Amy Howard, Arthur Dwight Hyde, Alanna Leavell, Jim O'Mara, Andee Schneider and Prosper Vignone.

That is a sizable slate.

Nominating chair Amy Atkeson said in the announcement that the Foundation was delighted to welcome the new group, adding that each member brings "a unique perspective, valuable experience, and a strong commitment to our community."

The new members bring backgrounds in private equity, corporate law, education and media.

Brady is CEO of 40 Million Owners, an advisory firm focused on employee-owned companies, and serves as an Academic Partner at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business.

Howard, a former Teach For America teacher who specialized in gifted education, has chaired the PTA Lecture Series Committee for six years. Leavell, a former PTA president, previously worked as a journalist at MSNBC and CBS. Hyde, a Bronxville School graduate from the class of 2003, coaches boys' lacrosse for the Bronxville Youth Lacrosse Association.

Marshall graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and Fordham University School of Law.

Before joining the Foundation, she worked in early childhood education at the Reformed Church Nursery School and in middle school education and admissions at School of the Holy Child in Rye.

She also serves on the board of the Bronxville Historical Conservancy.

Costanzo began her career at Arthur Andersen before holding controller and human resources roles at Gabelli Asset Management and Saratoga Partners. She graduated from Iona University with a degree in public accounting.

Emily Liggitt serves as board chairperson for the 2026-27 year. Ex officio members include Superintendent Dr. Rachel Kelly, school board member Peter McSherry and PTA representative Andee Schneider.

A September Board of Education meeting report noted the Foundation had welcomed six new board members and Marshall at that time.

The Oct. 27 announcement lists eight new members.

The Foundation has not published a specific dollar target or deadline for the fall campaign.
